Setting up tariffs and groups

Setting up tariffs and groups in Hexallion is a crucial step in configuring your VPN services to match your business model and customer requirements. By defining tariffs and organizing resources into groups, you can efficiently manage your infrastructure, control access, and optimize performance. Follow these steps to set up tariffs and groups in Hexallion.

Step 1: Accessing the Tariffs Section#

To begin, log in to the Hexallion admin panel. Navigate to the "Settings" menu and select "Tariffs." This section allows you to create, edit, and manage different pricing plans that will be available to your customers.

Step 2: Creating a New Tariff#

Add New Tariff: Click the "Add New Tariff" button to create a new pricing plan.

Define Tariff Details: Fill in the necessary details for the tariff, such as:
Name: A unique and descriptive name for the tariff plan (e.g., LaunchPad, GrowthGear, EnterpriseEdge).
Price: Set the monthly or yearly subscription fee for the tariff.
Server Limits: Specify the maximum number of servers included in the plan.
User Limits: Define the number of users that can be accommodated under the plan.
Device Limits: Set the maximum number of devices each user can connect.
Additional Features: List any additional features or benefits included in the plan, such as priority support, advanced security options, or higher data limits.

Save Tariff: Once you have entered all the details, click "Save" to add the new tariff to your list of available plans.

Step 3: Accessing the Groups Section#

Next, navigate to the "Settings" menu and select "Groups." Groups help you organize your servers and users, making it easier to manage resources and apply configurations consistently.

Step 4: Creating a New Group#

Add New Group: Click the "Add New Group" button to create a new group.

Define Group Details: Fill in the necessary details for the group, such as:
Name: A unique and descriptive name for the group (e.g., US Servers, EU Users).
Description: A brief description of the group's purpose or the resources it will include.

Assign Resources: Assign servers and users to the group by selecting from the available list. This helps in organizing resources based on geographic location, user type, or specific service requirements.

Save Group: Once you have entered all the details and assigned resources, click "Save" to add the new group to your list of available groups.

Step 5: Linking Tariffs and Groups#

Edit Tariff: Go back to the "Tariffs" section and select the tariff you want to edit.

Assign Groups: In the tariff details, find the section to assign groups. Select the relevant groups that should be included in the tariff.

Save Changes: After assigning the groups, click "Save" to update the tariff.
